All items are Handmade by YOSTER Studio, in Tel Aviv.

Transit time:

We work on a Made-To-Order method, please check under the description of the jewelry you purchased, the maximum business days for shipping.

We are a small team, so we appreciate your patience, and promise it will be worth the wait! We are doing our best to ship it as soon as we can.               

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are concerned about an order reaching you by a certain date.

For rush service of fewer than two weeks, please email info@b-yoster.com with the subject "rushed -order", and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once your order is ready we'll follow up with the tracking number.

Returns & exchanges:

All jewelry is handmade so there might be a slight difference from the image. Please allow small imperfections due to the nature of handmade work. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can exchange or return within 14 business days of receipt of unworn jewelry, for a refund to your original method of payment.

Upon refund of a transaction will charge a payment of 6% of the amount of the product, according to law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

Jewelry returned must be unworn and unused in its original condition and packaging.

When returning a package, you MUST remove all labels from the box and mark it "returned goods" (on a label provided by the post, or simply written on the box). If not thus marked, the package will likely be delayed by customs when incoming, and we may not be able to retrieve it and send you a refund.

Custom-made items are not eligible for return.
